Anne Phillips has been appointed associate with Wolfe & Co. solicitors on Market Street in Skibbereen.

Anne graduated from University College Dublin with a BA Degree in Economics and English. Having studied French and Law at the Sorbonne and American University of Paris respectively, Anne studied for her Post Graduate Diploma in Law at the College of Law London, completed her training in the City of London, qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 1999 and was recently admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland.

Anne has worked for a number of global financial institutions in Paris, the UK and Hong Kong and her work at Wolfe & Co. will specialise in all matters relating to general commercial and contract law with particular emphasis on information technology, outsourcing, intellectual property, marketing and sponsorship.

These practice areas are proving paticularly relevant today, not only in established commercial markets but also in the rapidly expanding seed funding and technology start-up company environment to be found in West Cork and elsewhere throughout the country.
